Profile

  • Provide co-ordination between the Head of Technology Services and the Technology Services staff. Ensure scheduled activities are performed in an efficient manner.
  • Manages the process of data chasing and input of data.
  • Works with internal project teams provisioning technological advice and assistance. Providing a Technology lead and mentoring in all Technology aspects of projects/tasks & issues.
  • To assist in the specification and analysis of data files for members and ecommerce systems. Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
  • Manage all help desk activities including responding to escalated help desk issues. Interact with internal and external clients to help resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Technology Services team in the organisation, planning and the communication of all internal IT projects.

  • To co-ordinate the various data based activities of the IT department, ensuring all day to day and project work is carried out in a methodical, planned and cost efficient manner.
  • To work closely with the IT Manager in developing and implementing Integra's data recording and reporting strategy, ensuring budgetary requirements are identified and adhered to.
  • To be responsible for the day to day running of, development and maintenance of Integra's various SQL databases. Ensuring they are fit for purpose and secure at all times. Also to give necessary support to the Oracle database used by Integra's Creative Services department.
  • To be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all Integra databases relating to product information, membership information, supplier information, sales history and product pricing. Ensuring that those staff responsible for editing data have the necessary tools available to them. Ensuring all updates, including Product File Updates, Mailer File Updates, Incost and eCommerce Updates are carried out accurately and to pre-planned timetables.
  • To ensure database links to external solutions including the Integra website, are maintained and secure.

  • To act as frontline contact for member and staff IT queries. Filter actions to relevant IT staff member or external IT contact; ensure accurate and timely communication and conclusion.
  • To provide 1st line support for Integra E-commerce Solutions and applications.
  • To ensure all IT procedures are accurate, kept up to date and communicated to all members of staff as necessary.
  • Co-ordinate the monthly production of KPI's.
  • To maintain IT purchase requisition system and reconcile invoices.
  • The assist the Systems and Development Manager in the support and developing of the Network Infrastructure.
  • Work with internal project teams to help implement Technology Systems.
